Conference Rooms in Masuria
Groups have five modern spaces at their disposal. Thanks to a system of movable walls, the rooms adapt easily to the rhythm of your work, so we can host a large training session just as smoothly as hands-on workshops in several smaller teams.
Kormoran Room
Our largest space, combined with the other modules (550 m²), welcomes up to 250 guests. Tall windows and an abundance of daylight help keep attention and energy high throughout long training days. The room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern AV facilities, including a high-quality sound system, a large screen with projector, TV and fast Wi-Fi.
Ground-Floor Rooms
Three spaces: Orzeł (60 m²), Żuraw (48 m²) and Czapla (48 m²). Movable walls allow us to combine them into one large room or divide them into smaller, independent areas. It's the perfect solution if you're planning a joint presentation in the morning and want to split into separate teams after the coffee break.
Panorama Restaurant
A spacious dining room (340 m²) with panoramic lake views and a viewing terrace. Beyond daily meals, we invite you to discover a cuisine rooted in Masuria yet reaching far beyond it, from regional breakfasts to Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
VIP Room
An intimate (43 m²), well-soundproofed room for up to 25 people. This quiet space was designed for board meetings and important conversations that demand complete privacy. Its secluded location guarantees full discretion and allows you to work without any interruptions.

We offer six thoughtfully designed spaces, each visually inspired by the surrounding nature and earthy colours. They include the Orzeł, Żuraw and Czapla rooms, as well as the intimate VIP Room. The largest standalone conference room on the ground floor is the flexible Kormoran Room (209 m²). For larger banquets and special events, the first-floor Restaurant can also be arranged, offering 340 m² and direct views of Lake Pluszne.
The Kormoran Room is a versatile 209 m² space with movable walls. In a classic theatre layout, it comfortably seats up to 200 people, while a banquet setup accommodates 100 guests. Thanks to its flexible arrangement, the room works equally well for large lectures and for training sessions in smaller working groups.
The VIP Room is a very quiet, intimate space (43 m²) designed for small decision-making meetings, business negotiations and board sessions, comfortably seating 18 people. It stands out not only for its cosy, discreet design, but also for exceptional privacy and attentive hotel staff who look after every detail of your meeting without interrupting your flow.
Our rooms are fully equipped for professional presentations and training. We provide fast, reliable Wi-Fi, modern screens with projectors and TVs suited to the smaller rooms. Everything is complemented by an advanced, high-quality sound system, zoned air conditioning for added comfort, and modular walls that allow quick layout changes at the organiser's request.
