About Panorama Restaurant
Panorama Restaurant was born from a love of Warmia and Masuria, with deep respect for nature, seasonality and the flavours of the region. Its name reflects the setting itself, with panoramic views stretching across the calm waters of Lake Pluszne.
We bring local traditions together with a contemporary approach to cooking. Chef Michał Soliwoda works with carefully selected ingredients from local producers, creating original dishes inspired by the very best of the region. Every dish is a finely balanced play of flavours and textures: fine dining with a warm Masurian spirit.
